Kindness and a non-formal atmosphere. The staff was wonderful, the room was big, clean and well aired. The position of the hotel is perfect for a city tour, just 2 minutes by walk and you're straight to the fashion street Konigsalle. We had a really great time. We recommend it!!!!

I had a great stay at Herzog! The hotel manager was so helpful in getting the free wireless internet working on my laptop. The location was very central and convenient for exploring the city. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of options. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

With a price of around 5 euros, we got good value for the room. the staff was helpful and friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Although there was no mention of a great view, we appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable beds. the staff also accommodated us by accepting animals, which was a bonus!

We did experience some noise as the street facing rooms can be noisy, disrupting our sleep a few times during the night.
